Ainsley J. has been working in the performance automotive aftermarket industry since 2004 as a freelance motorsports marketing professional with her company, P.TEN Marketing. She has extensive experience in marketing and communications, website development, social media management, photography, journalism, and more.

In 2024, after losing her 10+ year job with the NMRA/NMCA as they announced they were going out of business, Ainsley knew she needed to take her career in a different direction… Together with Kurt Welfel, Ainsley founded Flow Baby to provide fuel injector cleaning services to the racing industry.

The Flow Baby branding concept was inspired by the hair bow Ainsley always wears at the track, Zach Jones at Z7 Graphix came up with the hilarious “flow job” concept, and Tim Donathen at Donathen Racing was our first official customer!
